This book combines several online articles about unusual sports into one place. The goal with Out of Bounds is to organize the articles with clear typography and hierarchy.
Sports like World Chase Tag, Pillow Fight Championship, and SlapFight simply don't have the popularity that regular sports have, which is why it's important to highlight them. They can be just as entertaining from learning about how they work and how serious the athletes are about it.
Each sport was given two colors to work with, ensuring that they had their own aesthetic. World Chase Tag uses green and purple to highlight the breakneck speeds of the athletes, Pillow Fight Championship uses dark blue and light blue to represent sleeping with pillows, and SlapFight uses red and yellow to show the danger.
