The SOAR Office (Sexual violence Outreach, Awareness, and Response) within St. John's University is focused on raising awareness and using outreach to lower the impact that sexual assault and relationship violence can have on people. My tasks were creating and editing designs to make the process of raising awareness much easier.

The goal of the Campus Support Advisor (CSA) logo was to make it seem protective and trustworthy, but also softer and open for survivors to accept their help. This was accomplished through a soft and round font for the CSA acronym, then surrounding it with a sharp and thick box.
Be the Bridge is an old booklet meant to provide faculty with resources and knowledge on how they can help, but most of the information was outdated and needed a simple refresh. Edits were made to remove the Staten Island campus, replacing people that were no longer on the team, adding hyperlinks to make the document more accessible, and making general alignment and typography more consistent.

Student Wellness t-shirts were created for the student workers, updated from previous designs that were missing key features. The St. John's logo with the department was added to the front, and the slogan "Putting the WE in Wellness" was showcased on the back. The six teams of the Student Wellness department were incorporated into the design.
Two videos were being used by the team for trainings and demonstrating consent, but both quickly became outdated from time and lack of quality. These were completely remastered using updated and cleaner visuals, royalty-free music, and rethinking how consent should be portrayed to an audience of students to make them more modern.

Multiple stickers about supporting survivors and consent were designed for events that SOAR held on campus. The I Heart Consent stickers originally had a different style and only a few colors, but I recreated them using pixel art in a wide variety of colors so students had more options. The Rise Up and You Are Not Alone stickers were created from the ground up to symbolize the strength that comes from nature, specifically the sun and space.
